PIN problem? In 2010 to 2012, 100% of reported PIN problems were caused by one of two user errors: (1) wrong phone number entered when running the software, or (2) trying to run an older version of the software with a new PIN.
The "Tech Help" link above offers some suggestions. Check which version of the software you are running. Is it the new version? Have you tried using the old phone number that you used last year?

During our busy season December thru April, we prioritize our responses based on the urgency of your need.
